Hi, I am Karen Tinney and I am just passionate about quilting.  I enjoy working one on one with my customers to ensure that your quilt is machine quilted beautifully to enhance your quilt top design.  I have many stock quilting patterns and design my own original patterns.  I love to do freehand quilting techniques with feathers, flowers, leaves, butterflies and fill on quilting designs.  My longarm quilting will enhance any quilt top and give you a finished quilt that you will treasure or be proud to give as a gift.  But don’t just take my word for it!  Visit my Quilt Portfolio to see detailed samples of my work.

I love to go to quilt shows and admire the quilting.  I try to absorb all of the skill and workmanship of every quilt I see.  I constantly upgrade my skills by taking classes, seminars and keeping current with machine quilting techniques.

You can be sure your quilt is in loving hands here at Pinnacle Sewing Service.  It is a non smoking household.  Quilts are carefully checked in, stored and notations for quilting patterns, binding, backing, etc are made.   When you quilt is finished I will email you pictures of the finished quilt top.  Sometimes it is so hard to wait for it in the mail!  I will ship the quilt back to you insured with delivery confirmation.

Machine Quilting I use a hand guided long arm quilting machine to machine quilt your quilts.  Here (right) is my long arm quilting machine set up to do a pantograph edge to edge design on a quilt.  Quilting with this type of machine expresses my creativity to its best.
